- Apprenticeship vacancies
Impact Futures are focused on supporting employers to develop and deliver programmes to enhance the training and assessment opportunities for upskilling existing staff including senior management teams. We work alongside our clients to integrate apprenticeships as part of their internal professional development programmes (CPD). We are able to support employers in maximising their levy spend and mapping internal training programmes to accredited qualifications.
Hiring apprentices gives you the opportunity to nurture and develop entry level employees at the outset of their career. It’s your chance to mould the next generation of talent! Impact Futures can help source your future talent, with trainees and apprentices ready to start work within your business. Our training is completed to the highest standards and we tailor our courses to fit your business, so your Apprentice will never be learning skills that aren’t applicable to their job.
We run targeted campaigns attracting a broad range of candidates, all of whom must meet our high standards. The best are invited to a kick-off day.
Candidates take personality tests, undergo competency-based challenges, then complete a video profile highlighting their strengths.
Every candidate who successfully passes this stage is interviewed 1-on-1 by our talent team to ensure their ability is matched by a genuine enthusiasm for what you do!
We only put forward candidates we feel meet your values and have been matched with you. We want you to feel excited about the apprentice you hire.
Did you know that you could claim back the National Insurance Contributions for your Apprentices depending on their age. If your business has hired an Apprentice since 6th April 2016, who is aged under 25 and is enrolled on an Apprenticeship, you can claim back your National Insurance Contributions for them. Depending on the salary of your Apprentice, this could amount to a significant saving. By changing your employer contribution category for Apprentices who meet this criteria, you will save your business money.
