The recruitment process
We run targeted campaigns attracting a broad range of candidates, all of whom must meet our high standards. The best are invited to a kick-off day.
Candidates take personality tests, undergo competency-based challenges, then complete a video profile highlighting their strengths.
Every candidate who successfully passes this stage is interviewed 1-on-1 by our talent team to ensure their ability is matched by a genuine enthusiasm for what you do!

National Insurance Contribution rebate for Apprentices
Did you know that you could claim back the National Insurance Contributions for your Apprentices depending on their age. If your business has hired an Apprentice since 6th April 2016, who is aged under 25 and is enrolled on an Apprenticeship, you can claim back your National Insurance Contributions for them. Depending on the salary of your Apprentice, this could amount to a significant saving. By changing your employer contribution category for Apprentices who meet this criteria, you will save your business money.
How Impact Futures Apprentice Service works
You decide you want an apprentice or put an existing young employee on an apprenticeship
You appoint Impact Futures to be your Government approved training provider
Impact Futures advertises the role(s) for you, filters applicants and provides you with a high quality short list
Impact Futures does all the off-the-job training, on the job assessment and associated accreditation, plus all the administrative paperwork
Government funds the training (100% for apprentices 18 and under, less for apprentices who are 19 or above, depending on the size of the firm)
You employ the apprentice, pay their salary (typically less than you would pay for a ‘normal’ entry level role) and invest in developing their on-the-job skills
At the end of the apprenticeship, you decide whether you want to keep them on as a full time employee; if ‘yes’, then you have a fantastic new permanent employee, loyal to you and trained to what you need; if ‘no’, then we help them find their next role and you can be satisfied that you’ve given that young person that all important first job
