“We are GOOD and on our journey to OUTSTANDING!” – Guy Helman, CEO

Impact Futures are proud and excited to announce the outcome of our recent Ofsted inspection, which took place on the week of the 7th of October.

Impact Futures now joins our sister organisation, "The Childcare Company" in achieving a Grade 2, “GOOD” outcome.

Our CEO, Guy Helman said:

“We pride ourselves on supporting our learners to achieve their goals and on building partnerships with the employers that we work with. These areas were highly visible to the inspection team.

It was humbling to see the level of support and contributions by our staff, learners and employers during the inspection and this has been reflected in some of the fantastic comments that Ofsted have made in their report.”

Ofsted commented on the positive impact of our training here at Impact Futures:

“Apprentices enjoy their learning and are highly motivated by their training".

"Many apprentices advance in their job roles, undertake increased responsibilities and gain promotions as a result of their apprenticeship”.

"The report also recognised how Impact Futures works with employers, to develop best practice training programmes:

“Leaders and managers work well with employers to plan the apprenticeship programmes. As a result, the programmes meet the needs of the employers and the specific demands of the sectors in which they work".

“They provide well-designed and high-quality training in the care sector to meet the national shortage of skilled care workers and managers. Leaders and managers work well with employers to plan the apprenticeship programmes. As a result, the programmes meet the needs of the employers and the specific demands of the sectors in which they work”.

The grading marks Impact Futures out as one of the first national independent training providers to be assessed under the new education inspection framework. This outcome is testament to the hard work and commitment of our team to ensure we provide the highest quality solutions to our learners and employers.
